SU SEA takes your privacy very seriously. We will therefore process and use your data in a secure manner, entirely in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation. In this privacy statement we explain to you which data we collect from you and why we do so. You can also read what your rights are with regard to this data collection. Article 1 Who are we?
SU SEA is a sole proprietorship, established in The Netherlands (5611 AJ) Eindhoven at Hermanus Boexstraat 28a. We are registered in the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce under number 70686262. We are the controller of your personal data.
Article 2 What data do we use?
Here you can find an overview of the data we process about you, why we do this, what legal basis we have for being allowed to process this data from you and how long we will keep this data.
We process your name, address, place of residence, email and other data that are necessary to optimally provide our services to you to enable the execution of the agreement. We cannot deliver your order without this information. We keep this data for as long as you choose to have an account with us.
In order to manage your order, we will keep your name, delivery address, billing address, email address, phone number and payment details for up to 7 years after the conclusion of our agreement. We do this on the basis of the execution and possible amendment of the agreement.
We believe it is important to maintain a good relationship with you as a customer. We also store your name and address details, email address, order history and telephone number in our CRM system. You have given permission for the data that we process by creating a personal account. We will delete this data as soon as you delete your account.
For invoicing and our financial administration, we process your name, any company name, billing address, Chamber of Commerce number, VAT number, customer number, phone number, email address, bank details and outstanding balance. We are not able to process your payment without this information. We therefore need this data for the execution of the agreement. In accordance with a legal obligation of the Tax Authorities, we must keep this data for 7 years. At the end of this period we will delete this data.
In the unlikely event that you have a complaint about our services, we will process your name, email address, account number, phone number, order number and the content of this complaint in order to arrive at the best possible solution for you. We use this data for an optimal execution of the agreement. We will keep records related to complaints as long as you have an account with us.
SU SEA has a commercial interest in using some of your personal data for our marketing purposes. We use your name, email address and social media account for direct marketing and social media marketing. We will delete this data as soon as you indicate that you no longer wish to be contacted by us or unsubscribe from our newsletter.
We use analytics services to enable and optimize this website. We have a commercial interest in using your surfing behavior and related data to analyze and where necessary improve our service. We will track your use of our website with Google Analytics and are bound by Google's retention periods.
These services use cookies. Cookies are small pieces of information that are sent to your browser when you visit our website and are then stored on the hard drive or in the memory of the device with which you visit our website. These cookies will not damage your devices.
Finally, we process a password for your personal account on our website. We store this password encrypted in combination with your email address. We do this to prevent security fraud. We keep your account information until you delete your account with us.

We have obtained the above information because you have provided us with this information as a customer or website visitor.
Article 4 What rights do you have with regard to this data?
The General Data Protection Regulation has given you a number of rights with regard to the personal data that you have had us process.
- Access - You can make a request to SU SEA at any time to view your data.
- Change - If you want to have your data adjusted, corrected, supplemented, protected or deleted on the basis of inspection, you can submit a request for this. You can also adjust some data yourself in your personal account on our website.
- Objection - You can object to the processing of your data.
- Data transfer - Should you wish to transfer your data to another provider, SU SEA will provide your data in a structured and common form that can be accessed by common digital systems.
- Withdrawal - When we have processed data on the basis of your explicit consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent. This may have consequences for the services we can provide.
To exercise your rights, you can send a request to info@su-sea.nl. We will review your request as soon as possible. If we are unable to comply with your request, we will let you know why we are rejecting your request.
Article 5 Who receives your data?
SU SEA will not provide your data to third parties, unless this is necessary for business operations or is required by law. Your data may be passed on to processors and parties involved in our agreement for the execution of the agreement. We will conclude processing agreements with these parties to guarantee your privacy. We will not sell your data to third parties.
