About Su Sea
I grew up in a household of four sisters with a hardworking mom, and learned from a young age that women can do anything they set their minds to. A few years ago I felt the need for super high quality - yet affordable - swimwear items for women and decided to make it my mission to create exactly that.
Female empowerment is a part of everything Su Sea does, which is why we choose to work with very talented women in every step of the way.
Su Sea and Sustainability
At SU SEA, we strongly believe that no company in this day and age can exist without thinking about the future of us, the world and following generations. That’s why we make as many eco friendly decisions as possible in everything we do.
A great example of that is our use of sustainable techno-fabric from Italy, some of them made from ECONYL® regenerated nylon from fishnets and other nylon waste which gets magically turned into very high quality and long-lasting fabric. It’s super resistant to chlorine, sunscreen creams and oils yet manages to be amazingly breathable and soft.
Using prime fabrics does not only make our swimwear items the most comfortable to wear, it also makes them incredibly long-lasting so your favorite bikini will stay with you for years to come. And because SU SEA bikini’s are reversible, you just need a few items to create a super versatile swimwear wardrobe to shine in all summer long.
To us, sustainability can be found in the finest details. That’s why we attach product tags to our swimwear with hemp string that gets secured with recycled plastic. We use cardboard boxes and parcel bags that are made from recycled plastic for our packaging to ship the garments to our customers.
